These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pinkybeverages.com, store.pinkybeverages.com, our newsletter, content (Trends, Recipes, Culture, Guides, Reviews, Health Drinks), and multivendor wine marketplace (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t, please exit.
Age Requirement: You must be 18+ (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) for shop access or alcohol-related content.

Content Access: Free to read, share, and engage (e.g., comments on recipes). You grant us a royalty-free license to use your submissions.
Newsletter: Subscribe anytime; unsubscribe via link. We may send promotional emails (opt-out available).

Marketplace Role: We operate the platform; independent vendors list/sell wines. Review vendor profiles before buying.
Orders and Payments: Binding on confirmation. We process payments securely (via Stripe/etc.); refunds per our policy below.
Shipping/Delivery: Vendors handle; we mediate disputes. Alcohol laws apply—check local rules.
Returns/Refunds: 14-day window for unopened bottles (if legal); contact support@store.pinkybeverages.com. No returns on opened/low-stock items.
Vendor Agreements: Sellers agree separately to our Vendor Terms.
Create accounts with accurate info. Keep passwords secure—you’re responsible for activity.
We may suspend/terminate for violations.
All content (articles, recipes, images) is ours or licensed. No reproduction without permission.
Trademarks (e.g., “Pinky Beverages”) protected.
We link to external sites (e.g., vendors, social media)—not endorsed; use at your risk.
See our Disclaimer. Services “as is.” No liability for interruptions, errors, or third-party actions. Max liability: $100.
We may suspend access for breaches. You can stop anytime.
Nigerian law applies. Disputes resolved in Lagos courts (or arbitration if specified). For EU users, local consumer laws apply.
